The hard-use option. The Mechanix M-Pact 2 Covert is built for the calls that go hands-on: a dual-layer palm with 2 mm EVA foam and 4 mm D3O® Aero at the heel to take impact, TPR armor over the knuckles and thumb, and a TPR patch over the wrist bone. All black, for low visibility on night work.

It still lets you work your gear. The Padlock™ silicone palm and hot-stamped finger texture grip a baton, a flashlight or a door frame, the whole palm is touch capable, and dual-layer fingertips are fused inside so they hold up to rough handling. A tactical loop and nylon carrier loops clip it to a belt or vest when it's off your hands.
