A summer night on patrol is still 85 degrees and humid, and a sweaty hand loses grip on a light, a radio or a weapon. The Mechanix Specialty Vent Covert is built for that: mesh on the back, a perforated 0.6mm palm and vented finger sides, so air moves through the whole glove.
It's all black, so it doesn't stand out on a dark uniform, and the trigger finger is ventilated and thin enough to keep feel. Touchscreen fingertips work a phone or MDT without pulling the glove off.
